A team of 15 from our Extraordinary Bodies clan, lead by Billy from Cirque Bijou and Claire Hodgson from Diverse City, flew all the way to Melbourne, Australia in December to join Circus Oz for a 7 day creative residency.
The group explored techniques around working collaboratively and inclusively, and asked themselves ‘What am I worth?’ as a starting point for the new project funded through Arts Council England’s ‘Ambition for Excellence’.
In 2017 Extraordinary Bodies will be working in residence with communities in 10 locations across the UK and Ireland to uncover stories and further explore the question ‘What am I worth?’ as they start to create their next show.
